How do I upload or build my CV?
From your dashboard, you can upload a PDF/Word CV directly, or use the CV builder to create one from a template — no design work needed.
Why can't I post a job yet?
New employer accounts need their business documentation verified first. Upload it from your employer dashboard — our team typically reviews it within a day.
How does unlocking a candidate's CV work?
The candidate directory shows first names and general profession for everyone. Unlocking a specific candidate reveals their full name, contact details, and CV, and counts against your plan's unlock allowance.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to get a reset link emailed to you.
Can I change my account from job seeker to employer?
Accounts are tied to one role. Register a separate account with a different email for the other role.
